"Programs aid those looking to buy or build"
To find a house: The ordeal of searching for a home can be difficult enough. And
when you find one, you also have to look for a lender, an attorney and a home inspector,
in addition to negotiating on price and other things.
There is now a network of real estate agents - working exclusively for the buyer - that
also assembles a team of service providers such as those listed above.
The Buyer's Network, the largest association of its kind in the state, has exclusive
buyer agents from southern New Hampshire to Cape Cod who will help you find a house and
guide you through the proceedings until the paperwork is complete.
The brokers are paid by splitting the sales commission (usually half of 6 percent) with
the seller's agent on the home purchased.
The 24 - hour information line is 800-983-1100.
